How To Install Handlebars On A Sportster

HANDS

" A king was presented with two small falcons and falconry given to the teacher to train them. Turning

few months, the teacher informed the king that one of the hawks was fine but that the other did not know what was happening, he had not moved from the branch where you left from the day he arrived. Taking then the mission to members of the court, but nothing happened. The next day the window, the monarch could be observed, that the bird still remained motionless. Then decided to tell his people to offer a reward to the person who made the falcon fly, the next morning, he saw the hawk flying swiftly through the gardens. The king told his court, bring me the author of that miracle. His court quickly introduced him to a peasant. The king asked, * "You did the falcon fly? How did you do? Are you a magician? - Intimidated the farmer told the king, my king * was easy, just cut the branch, and the hawk flew, he realized that I had wings and took to flight. You know you have wings? You know you can fly? What you're holding? What you can not let go? What are you waiting to fly? You can not discover new oceans ................ Unless you have the courage to fly. We live within a comfort zone where we move and think, that's all there. Within this zone, this all we know, and everything we believe. Living our values, our fears and our limitations. Queen in that area, our past and our history. All the familiar, everyday and easy. It is our comfort zone and generally believe it is our only place, and way of life. We have dreams, we want results, we look for opportunities, but we are always willing to take risk, are not always willing to travel difficult roads. We are satisfied with what we have, we believe it is only possible, and learn to live from the resignation. Leadership is the ability that we acquire when we learn to expand our comfort zone. When we are willing to take risks, when we learn to walk a tightrope when we are willing to raise the rod to measure our potential. A true leader has self-confidence to stand alone, courage to make tough decisions, courage, to move towards the new with passion, and tender enough to listen to the needs of others. The man does not seek to be a leader, becomes a leader for the quality of their actions and the integrity of their attempts.

Leaders are like eagles do not fly in flocks ... Find them every so often and flying alone. REMEMBER .... Are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus! "
